The Back Story: Riding in a taxi on Fifth avenue after a day of shopping, Frann and Neil were snacking on a bag of caramel corn. Frann had an urge for milk chocolate. As she pulled out her Belgian chocolate morsels the taxi made a sudden jerk and the morsels flew into the the bag of caramel corn. The piping hot popcorn melted the Belgian chocolate. This was when our special treat "New York City Checker Cab Chocolate Caramel Crunch Popcorn" was born.
